This illumination text (“Illumination Text”) is issued by Utarit Bilişim Hizmetleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., in the capacity of data controller. It has been prepared by (“SoliClub”) in order to inform our users about the processed personal data as a relevant person, in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No.

 

Your personal data, consisting of your name, surname and customer transaction information, due to your SoliClub membership  and your request to benefit from the relevant campaign, within the scope of the campaign processes we have made with our business partners within the SoliClub application; “It is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract”  and “data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. It will be processed by SoliClub fully automatically in order to enable you to benefit from the relevant services and the campaign based on legal reasons and can be transferred to our business partner within the scope of the campaign.

You can submit your requests within the scope of your rights set forth in Article 11 of the Law on the processing of your personal data, “regulating the rights of the person concerned”, to SoliClub in accordance with the Law and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
