You can perform on-campus payment and access control transactions both with your SUCard, with Tosla privileges linked to SoliClub, and with your smartphone.
With SUCard with Tosla privileges, you can shop anywhere in the world and monitor all your transactions easily from the SoliClub application.

Sign up
You must download the SoliClub application for free from the App Store, Google Play or App Gallery and fill in the required information to sign up. Once you've verified your phone, you're ready to sign in.

You can make the payments you need, such as payments for cafeteria, transportation, photocopying, and as an access tool on campus with your SUCard with Tosla privileges or your SoliClub mobile application.

What is SoliClub?
SoliClub is the mobile application of SUCard.
With SoliClub, you can make all your transactions on campus with your smart phone without the need for a physical card. You can quickly make your cafeteria, transportation, and photocopying payments with a QR code.

What can I do with my digital SUCard?
With the Digital SUCard, you can do everything you need on campus, such as campus entrance/exit, cafeteria, photocopying, information center, and transportation payments. With your Digital SUCard with Tosla privileges, you can shop anywhere in the world and take advantage of Tosla's special advantages. You can easily monitor all your transactions from the SoliClub application.

What is physical SUCard?
It is the physical form of the digital SUCard. You can use your physical SU Card as a dorm room key, laboratory entrance card and Information Center card on the campus. With your SUCard with Tosla privileges, you can shop anywhere in the world and benefit from Tosla benefits exclusive to you.

What should I do if I want to use the Tosla mobile application separately?
You can use the Tosla mobile application with the temporary password sent to you via SMS. If you haven't used your temporary password within 5 days, you can create a new password from the "I Forgot my Password" step.

How can I top up my Digital SUCard?
Thanks to Tosla's wide top-up network, you can easily top up your Digital SUCard from any bank account, debit card, and all shared ATMs. You can also top up with cash from Teknosa, CarrefourSA, and ŞOK Market stores.
NOTE: Until you receive your physical new SUCard, you should ONLY use cafeteria, transportation and photocopy online balance top up pages for cafeteria, transportation and photocopy top up transactions.

What is “Shopping Balance”?
The balances you upload to your SUCard with your credit card and all the Tosbacks you earn from Tosla campaigns are your "Shopping Balance". You cannot send this balance to your own account or to anyone else, you cannot convert it into cash and withdraw it from ATMs, you can only use it for shopping.

What is “Cash Balance”?
Money that you send to your Digital SUCard account via Money Order/EFT from another bank, that you top up with a debit card, or that you top up physically from ATMs or contracted points, and all deposits that you receive in Tosla make up your "Cash Balance".

Can I also shop online?
Thanks to Tosla card infrastructure, you can also shop securely online with your Digital SUCard. If you want to view your card number from the application, you can also download the Tosla mobile application.

My SUCard is stolen/lost
In such a case, you can report your lost/stolen SUCard with one click from within the SoliClub application. With this notification, your physical SUCard will be canceled and you can continue to access campus facilities and make payments on campus with the SoliClub mobile application.
You can request a temporary card from the Security Unit for dormitory, lab entrance, Information Center, and when doing photocopy transactions. Your new physical card will be automatically printed and delivered to the university, and you can receive your card from the Security Unit.

Can I make contactless payments with my SUCard?
After you make the first transaction with your SUCard by entering your pin, you can make contactless transactions.

How can I cancel my old Tosla card in order to get a Tosla card with SUCard features?
You can call the Tosla Support line at 0850 477 08 67 and say that you "cancel your existing Tosla card in order to have a digital SUCard".

What is Askıda İkramlar?
With the Askıda İkramlar service, you can pay in advance for a meal in the cafeteria for a person in need with one click, or you can have a prepaid meal for free with one click.

I am an international student; can I have a Digital SUCard?
You can get a Digital SUCard after you have a Foreigner Identification Number (Yabancı Kimlik Numarası) and a Turkish GSM line.
Until then, you can use your temporary SUCard, which you can get from the Security Unit.

I am under 18 years old; can I have a Digital SUCard?
You can use the SoliClub application and physical SUCard for on-campus entry & exit transactions, but you must obtain parental consent to make any top-up or payment transactions. You can add your parent's mobile phone information from the Profile>Tosla Ailem menu by downloading the Tosla application, in order to be able to shop with your SUCard with Tosla privileges all over the world, as well as paying for the cafeteria, transportation and photocopying. Upon your parent’s consent to the SMS or push notification, your SUCard will be activated for top-up and payment transactions.

Can I also get a SUCard while I have a Tosla Card?
Since the SUCard includes Tosla privileges, you must cancel your existing Tosla card before the Digital SUCard is created. With your SUCard with Tosla privileges, you will be able to continue to benefit from the Tosla advantages everywhere, and you will also be able to benefit from additional advantages on campus.
18.
I already have a Tosla account. My personal information registered with Tosla and my personal information registered at the university do not match. What should I do?
You can close your existing Tosla account by contacting the Tosla Support line at 0850 477 08 67. You do not need to take any action after your current Tosla account is closed. Your new Tosla account will be renewed with your current information registered with the university, and then we will forward your physical SUCard to the Security Unit. After a notification message is sent to your mobile phone, you can receive your SUCard from the Security Unit.
19.
After Graduation: What Will I Do?
After graduation, you can continue to use the balance on your Digital SUCard outside the campus as you wish. You can use your card with graduate card privileges within the campus.
20.
Will there be a fee deduction to benefit from Tosla benefits for my digital SUCard?
There will be no fee deductions for any domestic or international transactions you make with your Digital SUCard with Tosla privileges.
