Sokak No:28 Çankaya/ANKARA.UTARIT IT SERVICES INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC.(hereinafter referred to as "Utarit" in this agreement) on the other hand, the mobile application user of Utarit (hereinafter referred to as "Customer" in this agreement) has agreed on the general terms and conditions of the contract specified in this document. The contract is established as soon as the customer approves this contract in the mobile application of Utarit.

Purpose of Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data
Law No. 6698, Article 1:
“The purpose of this law is to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, particularly the privacy of private life, in the processing of personal data, and to regulate the obligations of natural and legal persons who process personal data, and the procedures and principles to be followed.”
Data Controller Information
Your personal data will be used by Utarit as Data Controller in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, in accordance with the relevant legislation.
Collection and Processing of Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected through all kinds of channels including but not limited to our Company, our website / call center / partner or supplier companies, in written, verbal or electronic media, in order to fulfill legal obligations and to provide you with better service. Pursuant to the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, changing, rearranging, disclosing, transferring your personal data shared with Utarit fully or partially automatically or by non-automatic means provided that it is a part of any data recording system, All kinds of transactions on data such as taking over, making it available, classifying or preventing its use will be carried out by our Company as the data controller, based on your express consent. Our Company enters into agreements with third parties in order to fulfill the terms of the agreement in accordance with the agreements made with our Customers (all kinds of third parties related to the service provided by our Company, including but not limited to banks, payment institutions, suppliers). For this reason, it shares the personal data shared with our Company with third parties in case of need. In this context, our Company will be able to process personal data within the scope of Law No. 6698.
Rights and Obligations as per the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698
In accordance with the Law No. 6698, our Company or the person authorized by it, as the data controller, during the acquisition of personal data; It is obliged to provide information about the identity of the data controller or its representative, if any, for what purpose the personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred, the method and legal reason for collecting personal data, and other rights listed in Article 11.
Rights of the person concerned
ARTICLE 11
(1) Everyone, by applying to the data controller;
a) Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
b) If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
ç) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
d) Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7,
f) Requesting notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
g) Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
ğ) In case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand the compensation of the damage.
